Challenge Exam for Experienced Penile Filler Injectors
Clinicians who already perform penile filler procedures can earn UroSculpt™ certification without completing the full course. You submit a portfolio of your own cases, complete a short module on the UroSculpt™ technique and pass the certification exam. Most applicants are certified within two to three weeks.

Eligibility for the challenge exam
The challenge exam is open to physicians, nurse practitioners and physician assistants who have performed at least 50 penile augmentation procedures with hyaluronic acid filler. A signed attestation with supporting records is sufficient documentation of these cases. Candidates must also be willing to adopt the UroSculpt™ technique.
For clinicians with fewer cases, the online course or in-person training is the more appropriate route to certification.
How the challenge exam works
- Apply Provide your credentials and the number of procedures you have performed, using the form below or by phone. We reply within one business day and open the challenge pathway in your provider portal account.
- Submit your portfolio Ten before-and-after photo sets from your own cases, each accompanied by a brief note on the filler volume, technique and patient's goals, together with your procedure attestation.
- Portfolio review Dr. Pash reviews your cases and responds within five to seven business days.
- Complete the technique module A two- to three-hour online module on the UroSculpt™ technique, safety protocols and complication management.
- Pass the exam The certification exam, which requires a score of 85% to pass.
- Receive your credential UroSculpt™ Certified status, valid for 2 years, with a listing in the directory that patients use to find a provider.
If your portfolio does not meet the standard
We will tell you specifically where the portfolio fell short, and you may resubmit once at no additional cost. If the second portfolio still does not meet the standard, we recommend in-person training instead and credit your challenge exam fee toward it.
Challenge exam FAQ
Am I required to use the UroSculpt™ technique after certification?
Yes. Candidates agree to adopt the UroSculpt™ technique, and the technique module identifies where it may differ from your current practice. Certification records that you completed the module and passed the exam; UroSculpt does not supervise, employ or audit providers.
Is the exam more difficult than the online course exam?
It is the same exam with a higher pass mark, 85% rather than 80%, because challenge candidates have not completed the full course.
Which certification level will I receive?
Successful challenge exam candidates are certified at the Certified level. If your portfolio demonstrates exceptional technique and a high case volume, Dr. Pash may recommend you directly for Advanced Certified. You may also upgrade by attending in-person training, toward which your challenge exam fee is credited.
What does the fee cover?
The $1,995 fee covers the portfolio review, the technique module and the exam. The credential is valid for 2 years, renews for $995 and includes a basic directory listing and curriculum updates. Practice Membership is optional.
