Penis Filler Training and Certification for Physicians, NPs and PAs
UroSculpt™ trains physicians, nurse practitioners and physician assistants in non-surgical penile girth enhancement with hyaluronic acid filler. The course may be taken online at your own pace or in person in San Francisco or Sacramento, where two trainees take part in up to 7 live patient cases over a single day. Both formats teach the same curriculum and lead to UroSculpt™ certification and a listing in the directory that patients use to find a provider.

Online course or in-person training
Both formats teach the same UroSculpt™ curriculum and lead to certification. The online course is suited to clinicians who wish to begin today and study at their own pace; it can be completed in a day. The in-person training day is suited to those who wish to observe the complete procedure on live patients before treating their own. California-licensed trainees may also be able to inject under supervision, depending on the day's patients. Clinicians who begin online may upgrade to in-person training later, with the online tuition credited in full.

Penis filler training curriculum
The curriculum is identical in both formats. It progresses from penile anatomy to the treatment of your first patients in your own practice.
- Penile anatomy The fascial planes, vascular supply and innervation that determine where filler can be placed safely.
- Patient selection and consultation Identifying suitable and unsuitable candidates, setting realistic expectations and obtaining informed consent.
- Choosing the filler Selection of hyaluronic acid products, their expected duration and the volume each patient requires.
- The injection technique Cannula placement, treatment mapping, volume planning, local anesthesia and sterile preparation.
- Complications Recognition and management of vascular compromise, infection and contour irregularities, including reversal with hyaluronidase.
- Aftercare and practice setup Follow-up visits and patient instructions, together with pricing, supplies, consent forms and marketing for your practice.
The complete syllabus is listed lesson by lesson on the online course page. For clinical background, see our overview of penis filler injection technique and our guide to penile filler complications and how to prevent them.
Eligibility
The training is open to physicians (MD or DO), nurse practitioners and physician assistants who hold an active license. No particular specialty is required; certified providers include family physicians, urologists, anesthesiologists, emergency physicians, dermatologists and plastic surgeons. Prior filler experience is helpful but not required, as the course begins with the anatomy and the fundamentals of cannula technique.
If your malpractice carrier requests proof of training, the UroSculpt™ certificate may serve: several certified providers have used it to satisfy that requirement, and we can supply course documentation in support.
The course does not carry CME credit.

What certification provides
Every UroSculpt™ certification includes the following, with no monthly fee:
- The credential, valid for 2 years and renewed by recertification exam ($995)
- The right to describe yourself as UroSculpt™ Certified and to use the mark in your own advertising
- A basic listing (name, credential, city and phone) in the directory patients use
- Curriculum and technique updates
The directory listing has practical value because patients use it. Urosculpt.com receives more than 30,000 visits a month, most of them from men researching this procedure, and certified providers are the only clinicians it lists.
Practice Membership is optional and costs $149 a month, with no contract. It adds a full directory profile, lead routing from patients in your area, the marketing toolkit and group filler purchasing at $155 per mL. In-person training includes membership for the first two years. Details are set out in Certification levels and Practice Membership.

UroSculpt™ recommended patient pricing ranges from $3,990 for a 5 mL treatment to $8,900 for 15 mL, so most providers recover the cost of training within their first one or two patients. Penis filler practice revenue and ROI sets out pricing, patient volume and payback by market.
Providers trained in the UroSculpt™ technique
40 physicians, nurse practitioners and physician assistants hold the UroSculpt™ credential, in practices across the United States and Canada.
UroSculpt™ certification records that a licensed clinician completed the UroSculpt™ course and assessment; it is a training credential, not a license or a medical-specialty board certification, and UroSculpt does not supervise, employ or audit providers.
“I've been injecting filler for over a decade, and the penile-specific protocol was still worth every minute. The technique is systematized in a way facial training never is — my results have been consistent from the first month.”
“The live-patient training day was the best clinical education I've had since residency. Two attendees, seven procedures, and direct time with the instructor — you leave genuinely ready to treat.”
“Coming from emergency medicine, anatomy and complications were familiar ground — what I needed was the injection technique and the practice playbook. Both were exactly what the course promised.”

Penis filler training FAQ
How soon can I start treating patients?
The online course can be completed in a day or spread over as long as you wish. Your certificate is issued once you have passed the exam and we have verified your license, which takes one or two business days. In-person training is usually booked one to two months in advance, and the certificate is issued after the same license verification following your training day.
What is the refund policy?
The online course carries a 14-day refund. You may complete the first 7 lessons, up to and including Pre-Procedure Preparation, and still receive a full refund; the portal notifies you before you open the technique lessons, which end the refund period. In-person tuition is non-refundable, but you may move to a later available date if you notify us at least 30 days before your training day.
I am not licensed in California. Is in-person training still worthwhile?
California permits only clinicians who hold a California license to treat patients in the state, so trainees licensed elsewhere observe every injection rather than performing it. You nonetheless take part in each consultation, the treatment planning and the aftercare, and you receive the same Advanced Certified credential. In-person tuition also includes free access to the full online course, so you can review every lesson and procedure video before and after the training day.
Do I need to bring patients or supplies to the training day?
No. We provide the patients, the course materials and lunch. For your own practice, the course specifies the filler and supplies to order; these can be purchased from your usual supplier, and members may also purchase filler from us at $155 per mL.
Is penile botox training included?
The in-person training day includes UroFirm™ penile botox training at no additional cost. For clinicians who train online, UroFirm™ is a separate course.
Can a colleague train with me?
Yes. Two clinicians from the same practice may book the same training day, each at the standard tuition. Staff who are not enrolled may not attend, because patients consent to treatment in the presence of the training cohort only.
What is the difference between Certified, Advanced Certified and Master Certified?
The online course and the challenge exam lead to UroSculpt™ Certified, and in-person training leads to Advanced Certified. Master Certified is awarded by invitation to Advanced Certified providers with a demonstrated case volume and outcomes. Every level is valid for 2 years and is renewed by recertification exam for $995. Certification levels and Practice Membership describes each in detail.
I already perform penile filler. Do I need the full course?
Not if you have at least 50 documented cases. The challenge exam certifies experienced injectors through a portfolio review, a short technique module and the certification exam, which requires a score of 85% to pass.
Can I pay by phone?
Yes. Payment can be made by card in the provider portal, or by telephone at 754-202-2113.
