Yaw Donkoh, MD

Dr. Yaw Donkoh is double board certified in anesthesiology and interventional pain management, with fellowship training in minimally invasive surgery and advanced training in cosmetic body contouring. He founded Niwa Aesthetics & Wellness, practicing at its main Oakbrook Terrace location and its second site in Chicago Ridge, Illinois.

He completed residency at Cook County Hospital in Chicago and fellowship training in Iowa, and has performed thousands of minimally invasive procedures across more than 20 years. He is a member of the American Academy of Cosmetic Surgery and the American Society of Liposuction Surgery, and is a certified strength and conditioning specialist.

Dr. Donkoh treats men's health through a lifestyle medicine approach built on bioidentical hormone replacement therapy, medically supervised weight loss, and body composition work. He is UroSculpt™ Master Certified.
