What UroSculpt™ certification means

A UroSculpt™ credential on a provider's profile records that the provider has completed the UroSculpt™ course and assessment in a single penis filler technique. It is a training credential, not a license or a medical-specialty board certification.

Levels of certification

Certified

A Certified provider has completed the UroSculpt™ course and passed the certification exam. A clinician already experienced in penile filler may instead earn the same credential by submitting their own cases for review and passing the exam at a higher threshold, 85% rather than 80%. In either case, the clinician's medical license is verified before the certificate is issued.

Advanced Certified

An Advanced Certified provider has met those requirements and has also completed a training day with a UroSculpt™ trainer, working through up to 7 live patient procedures from consultation to aftercare. The training day also covers UroFirm™.

Master Certified

Master Certified status is awarded by invitation to Advanced Certified providers who have accumulated a proven record of cases and outcomes. Some Master Certified providers go on to train other providers.

At every level, the credential is valid for two years. To maintain it, the provider must pass a recertification exam covering any changes to the curriculum since they were certified.

Curriculum

The course covers the entire procedure, not only the injection: placement of the filler through a cannula in the layer beneath the skin under local anesthetic, distribution along the shaft, and volume planning. It teaches the use of hyaluronic acid fillers only, which can be dissolved with hyaluronidase, and never silicone or PMMA.

It also covers photographic documentation of the baseline and the result, aftercare without sleeves, wraps or molding, follow-up visits where they are needed, and the recognition and treatment of complications should they arise.

UroSculpt™ certification records that a licensed clinician completed the UroSculpt™ course and assessment; it is a training credential, not a license or a medical-specialty board certification, and UroSculpt does not supervise, employ or audit providers. How a provider practices is their own clinical decision.

Why certification matters

Any licensed clinician may legally inject penile filler, and training varies widely. Some providers use permanent fillers such as silicone or PMMA, which cannot be dissolved and may require surgical removal. Others require patients to use sleeves, wraps or molding for weeks after the procedure.

A UroSculpt™ credential indicates that the provider was trained in a technique that uses only filler that can be dissolved, with simple aftercare.

Verifying a provider's credential

Every certified provider has a profile in the provider directory showing their level of certification and the credentials they hold. A clinician who claims to be UroSculpt™ certified but does not appear in the directory does not hold a current credential.
