Hands-On Penis Filler Training in California
The in-person course is a single day with a UroSculpt™ trainer, during which you take part in up to 7 live patient procedures, from consultation through aftercare. Training is held in San Francisco and the Sacramento area, with no more than 2 trainees per day. Tuition includes the full online course, UroFirm™ penile botox training, the Advanced Certified credential and two years of Practice Membership.

Booking a training date
Training days are usually held on a Saturday, occasionally on a Friday, and a custom date can be arranged when a trainer is available. Dates are typically booked one to two months in advance, so early booking is advisable if you require a particular date or location.
To book, call us at 754-202-2113 or use the form below to tell us the dates and location you prefer. Once we have agreed on a date, we send you a link to sign the training agreement and pay online; payment can also be taken by phone.

Supervised injection and observation
Trainees who hold an active California license may be able to inject patients themselves under the trainer's supervision. This depends on the day's patients and their consent, and is not guaranteed. California permits only clinicians who hold a California license to treat patients in the state, so trainees licensed elsewhere observe every injection. They nonetheless take part in each consultation, the treatment planning, the discussion during the procedure and the aftercare, and they receive the same Advanced Certified credential.
Most trainees travel from outside California, and many attend specifically to observe the complete procedure, from start to finish, up to seven times in a single day.

Most trainees arrive the evening before. Depending on their flights, some return home the same evening after training ends at 5 PM, while others stay a second night. Both locations have hotels a short rideshare away, so a rental car is not necessary. We send a list of recommended hotels once you have booked.
Before you arrive
- An active license as a physician (MD or DO), nurse practitioner or physician assistant, which we verify before issuing your credential.
- A California license, if you wish to inject patients during the training day; this depends on the patients and is not guaranteed.
- Approximately two hours to read the pre-training packet.
Free access to the online course begins when you book, so you can start the lessons before your training day. If you have already purchased the online course, its tuition is credited toward the training day.

One-time tuition, payable in full once your date is confirmed. Tuition includes the training day, the online course, UroFirm™ training, the Advanced Certified credential and two years of Practice Membership.

In-person training FAQ
Can I receive a refund if I am unable to attend?
In-person tuition is non-refundable. If you notify us at least 30 days before your training day, you may move to a later available date at no charge. Within 30 days of the training day, we will move your booking if we are able to fill your place.
Can I choose San Francisco or Sacramento?
Yes. Let us know your preference when we arrange your date, and we will book you at that location on the next available day.
Who will I train with?
There are never more than 2 trainees per day. The other trainee is usually a clinician from a different practice and specialty. If you prefer to train alone, a private day is available.
Can I bring a staff member?
Only if they enroll as a trainee. Patients consent to treatment in the presence of the training cohort, so observers who are not enrolled may not attend.
Do I need to take the online course first?
No, although it is included free with in-person tuition, and most trainees study it before the training day. You also receive a pre-reading packet two weeks beforehand. If you have already purchased the online course, its $1,995 tuition is credited toward the training day.
Is previous filler experience required?
It is helpful but not required. The day begins with the anatomy and the fundamentals of cannula technique.
Will my malpractice carrier accept the training?
Several certified providers have used their UroSculpt™ certificate to satisfy their carrier's training requirement for penile filler. If your carrier requests it, we can provide course documentation in support.
Is there CME credit?
No. The training leads to UroSculpt™ certification.
