About UroFirm™

These are typical results. Your own result will depend on your starting size and the volume of filler used, and your provider will explain what you can expect at your consultation.

Typical girth gain by volume

The same volume adds less girth to a thicker penis, because it is distributed over a larger area. The table below is a guide to typical gains by starting erect girth; your provider will measure you and recommend a volume at the consultation.[1]

Starting erect girth5 ml10 ml15 ml
3.5 to 4.0 inchesbelow average0.4 to 0.5 in0.8 to 1.0 in1.2 to 1.5 in
4.0 to 4.5 inchesaverage0.3 to 0.5 in0.6 to 0.9 in1.0 to 1.4 in
4.5 to 5.0 inchesabove average0.25 to 0.4 in0.5 to 0.8 in0.8 to 1.2 in
5.0 inches or morewell above average0.2 to 0.3 in0.4 to 0.7 in0.7 to 1.0 in

Filler also adds a small amount of flaccid length: little change with 5 ml, up to 0.5 inch with 10 ml and up to 0.75 inch with 15 ml. Erect length does not change.

What the price includes

The price typically covers the full course of treatment: the consultation, at which your provider examines you and recommends a volume; the procedure itself, performed by a UroSculpt™-certified provider; and any follow-up visit, at which healing is assessed and the result confirmed. Each provider sets their own price and decides what it includes, and both should be confirmed with your clinic.

Additional filler

Many men return at a later date for additional filler. The price of filler added after your first treatment may vary, but it is typically $590 per ml, regardless of the plan you started with.

Payment and insurance

Penis filler is a cosmetic procedure and is not covered by insurance. Most clinics offer monthly payment plans through Cherry or CareCredit; ask your clinic about these options when you book.

UroFirm™ for firmer erections

UroFirm™ is a separate neuromodulator injection to improve erection quality. It costs $1,890, its effect lasts up to six months, and no aftercare is required.
